KAAST PLATE ROLLER RBD-3M

Three-roll plate rollers are used for production of cylindrical or conical shapes with up to 0.5" material thickness. They bend stainless steel and basic steel, as well as aluminum, copper, and zinc for industrial production. Models are available as an initial punch or double/ pyramid pinch configuration.

With KAAST 3-Roll plate rolling machines, RBD-3M and RBD-3HL, cylinders of varying radii can be created easily. Our 3 roll slip roll machines feature a locked top roll and either mechanically or hydraulically controlled side rolls, with the hydraulic models including DROs as well. Conical bending is realized via a coupling which is mounted on the shaft of the side roller drive. Our bending machines uses top brand components like Siemens, Rexroth, Bosch, Parker, Atos, Telemechanique, SKF, NSK, and FAG to guarantee high-quality lifelong performance.

These plate rolls feature heavy, welded construction, with all rolls mated to high-quality, heavy-duty bearings, which ensures minimum friction and even rotation of the bending rollers and are suitable for forming aluminum or stainless steel. The sheet metal rollers are equipped with drop-end for easy removal of finished parts. Via simple operation with a mobile control panel, these slip roller machines are frequently used in the HVAC, aerospace, and tank and vessel making industries
